We are seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager for a position in Winchester, Virginia. The Digital Account Manager is a key and highly varied role in the Professional Services team working closely with a diverse mix of association/non-profit clients. This role serves as a primary contact and coordination point between SusQtech and the clients to develop and deliver digital solutions to accomplish client business objectives. Strong, client management, project management and technology background is a must.

Main job responsibilities as an Account Manager will be:
- Maintaining the overall health of the company/client relationship.
- Leading internal project team in partnering with client to develop and execute interactive technology programs (web site development, search engine optimization, mobile development, rich internet applications, and social media strategies).
- Nurture and grow client relationships and become a trusted advisor.
- Managing multiple projects which will include writing client reports, creating and maintaining project plans, and managing project budget.
Required Skills:
- Strong customer facing skills.
- Strong understanding of Web design and development.
- Proven capability to grow accounts through pro-active account management.
- 2 years account management experience either at a digital agency or web development company.
- Strong planning, estimation, and risk management skills.
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Candidate must possess Ambition, Energy, Innovative Thinking, and desire to be a life long learner.
