Founded in 1989 and incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Premier is a Systems Integrator currently providing IT services, products and support. Premier has earned and maintains an excellent reputation serving a diversified customer base, which includes Federal, state and local governments and Fortune 1000 commercial customers.  Premier services and staff have designed, built, maintained and managed large scale systems, applications, help desk/customer care centers, and data center/disaster recovery facilities across the United States. Premier’s management team has over 100 years combined IT experience and over 50 years combined data center experience.

Premier’s strength is derived from its significant expertise in identifying and solving its customers’ IT-related problems accurately, on-time and within-budget.  Premier has developed and provides a distinctive array of product and equipment sales, management, administrative, fulfillment, and technical support services for short and long term projects. These offerings address IT challenges facing customers in their day-to-day operations.  Premier’s goal is to provide end-to-end IT solutions that enable its customers to focus on their business without being hampered by shortcomings in their information systems.  It is through this process that Premier transforms technology into a strategic tool which is used to build and maintain their customers’ businesses. Premier in an effort to extend and enhance service offerings has started the construction of a Gold LEED Certified, State-Of-The-Art, and Secure Tier-4 Capable Data Center and COOP Facility located in Page County Virginia.  The scheduled opening is in the Fall of 2010. 

Our ownership, management and staff have a unified mission to provide quality support in a cost-effective manner.  Premier currently performs IT services and related activities at our headquarters and at various customer sites throughout the United States providing a customer centric workforce and proven solutions to meet and exceed our customers’ current and future missions. Premier maintains its fully staffed corporate and administrative offices in Luray, VA with current operations in O’Fallon, IL, Greenbelt, MD, Landover, MD, Oxen Hill, MD, Chambersburg, PA, Alexandria, VA, Radford, VA, McLean, VA, Merrifield, VA and Washington, DC. 

Premier currently supports the following Federal Agencies: DISA, U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, HUD, and USPTO in addition to our municipal government, commercial and educational institution customers. Premier holds a Top Secret Facility Clearance and is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and a HUBZone Certified Small Business Concern.
