Our Story

Premier Technical Services Corporation (Premier) was founded on July 21, 1989, by S. David Tong. We are both a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a HUBZone-Certified Small Business Concern (HUBZone). We are steadfast in our commitment to these small business certification programs and consider them instrumental to our corporate success. By holding two set-aside certifications, Premier is able to offer customers flexibility when choosing a solutions provider. Premier also maintains compliance with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA).

Premier has successfully adopted a philosophy of partnering with our customers to achieve results and share success. This philosophy has earned us a reputation for exceptional quality in delivering product and service solutions.
